Canadian Western Red Cedar is Imported from Canada, its a better quality slow grow wood that is a popular for use in cladding and landscaping applications. We supply a premium grade western red cedar battens for exterior use, including batten screen, cladding, slatted and contemporary fencing.
These battens are finished at 18 x 44mm x 1.83m
This is a clear-grade, slowly grown old-growth wood that is extremely durable meaning it is one of the best available on the market today. once the battens are fitted you can either let the Cedar naturally weather; it will turn an attractive, silvery-grey colour or for a more contemporary look, you can choose from a modern range of wood tones, or use an oil to sustain its natural colour.
